We have recreated this medium roast blend every year since 1980—forty-four seasonal blends made from the same three origins: Nicaragua, Colombia, and Sumatra. Never exactly the same, because climate, weather, and even volcanic eruptions create unique growing conditions from year to year, but always the perfect complement to the decadent foods of the holiday season.

Tasting Notes

Dark chocolate at first sip, followed by a hint of cedar, and ending with a ripe plum sparkle. A medium roast crafted to enjoy on cool mornings or paired with rich, traditional holiday foods.

Origins

• Colombia: Dark chocolate notes from beans grown by Finca Agroberlin in the snow-peaked mountains of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
• Sumatra: A hint of cedar derived from the dense tropical forests of the northern Gayo Mountains.
• Nicaragua: Bright, lively notes from Jinotega in the heartland of coffee country.

The Holiday Blend finishes with a ripe plum or raisin sparkle and a long, wet finish—an ideal pairing for all your holiday feasts.
